If you place an order before 12 PM local time, we will deliver it to you on the same day. If you place an order after 12 PM, we will deliver it to you on the next day at your preferred delivery time.

We will dispatch your order a few hours before your preferred delivery time. You can select your preferred delivery date and time before checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you. If you have any questions, you can use our chat feature to speak to our team at any time.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched without any charges. If you cancel the order after it has been dispatched, we will refund the remaining amount to you after deducting the tax/bank surcharge and delivery fee (if the driver is already on the way to you).

We currently deliver to Western Sydney and surrounding suburbs. You can check if your suburb is included on our Delivery Information page. If your suburb is not included, please fill out the form on our page, and we will consider expanding to your area soon.
