At "The Pashal," we are passionate about serving the Nepalese and South Asian communities in Western Sydney and the surrounding suburbs. As a group of close friends with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we saw a need for an online grocery store that catered specifically to our community's needs. We wanted to create a platform where people could easily find authentic products from their homeland without having to leave the comfort of their own homes.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, authentic Nepalese and South Asian grocery products to our customers.

We understand that these products are not always readily available, and we want to make it easier for people to access them. We are committed to curating our inventory carefully, ensuring that we only offer the best products to our customers.

While we currently operate online, our long-term goal is to open a dedicated physical store where our customers can come and browse our products in person. We want to create a welcoming space where our community can come together and connect over food.

Our service area may be limited to Western Sydney and surrounding suburbs for now, but we have big plans for the future. We are committed to growing our business and expanding our reach to other main cities in Australia, ensuring that everyone has access to the authentic products they love.
