At ThePashal.com.au, we value our customers and aim to provide you with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and in such cases, we offer refunds and returns subject to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation and Modification – Before Delivery
If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel or modify it anytime before the order is dispatched for delivery. Please contact us at info@thepashal.com.au or call us at 0402 167 345, and we will assist you with your changes.
Cancellation and Modification – After Receiving Delivery
If you receive a product but decide you no longer want it, you can return the product to our warehouse within ten days of receiving it to get a full refund on the items returned. Please contact us at info@thepashal.com.au or call us at 0402 167 345 prior to visiting our warehouse. Upon receiving the items, we will process a refund and notify you.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take utmost care in ensuring that our products are not damaged before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us at info@thepashal.com.au or call us at 0402 167 345 immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Perishable Goods – Fresh, Refrigerated or Frozen
Certain goods require special conditions to maintain their quality, such as fresh goods like bakery products, refrigerated dairy products, or frozen foods. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. Therefore, we request that you return these items to the driver at the time of delivery if you have changed your mind about them.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Returning the Product
To avoid the hassle of returning a product to us, we highly recommend that you return it to the driver at the time of delivery. However, if you change your mind at a later stage, you have up to ten days from the time of delivery to return the product to us excluding offer items and sessional festival items. Any extra cost incurred while returning the product will be borne by the customer. In cases where the product is faulty, we will assist you in organizing a return at no extra cost.
Exchanges
If you are returning products to the warehouse and meet our team, we can exchange them instantly. Alternatively, you can make a separate purchase, and we will proceed with a full refund of the product you want to exchange.
